well we need more info my best recommendation is call panasonic @ 800-211-7262 they can lead you in the best direction, but whats most important is what does it do when it shuts off does it go dead do you have to unplug it or can you just turn it right back off here are some know issues with the finest plasma built (panasonic plasmas that is) if you have a cable card the cable card could be at fault remove it… if you are apsolutly dead you have a failed power supply board (which can only be changed by a service center they wont sell you the part unless your a service center, and if you want it cheaper find a panasonic authorized service center and TALK TO THEM they are ussually very helpful and can help identify your problem quickly) if it blinks when it shuts down now you can do something if it blinks you need to count the blinks but not the lights it will be the pauses between the lights you need to count like *_*_*_*___*_*_*_*___ is only three and the big pause is it telling you it restarted the count, 7x is power supply. They all have a meaning and if you tell panasonic the count they can reference your model to what that means the only two count that are always the same for every model of panasonic are bad fan 13x and bad power supply 7x. Hope this helps next time provide more info model #, age of tv and if possible anything that you noticed in the pix just before it happens. Sorry i cant help more but i recommed calling panasonic as soon as possible and get to know your local authorized service center which if you want to search for contact NESDA (National Electronic Service & Dealers Association) at there web site www.NESDA.com
