Purchased this TV brand new from Brandsmart USA. Got it home, installed. Worked great for one day. Then, the left speaker made a loud screaching noise, and quit working all together. Called warranty service, and they give me the phone number of 3 local TV repairs shops. It is covered under an "in-home warranty" which is good. It may have been easier to take it back to the store, but that is such a pain. The technician came out and they are ordering a new audio card for the TV and will replace it in a couple of weeks. Very frustrating process….. TV of this caliber shouldn't have sound board problems.

Con : Speaker doesnt work
