why is my plasma tv returning to standby after a brief second?

hi , i have philips plasma tv 42pf9952/39s tv..few yrs old but goes back to standby after a second when i try to turn on? changed cables checked fuses an tried reset button. cant see any visible signs of blown components…anyone help?

It's either the Y-sus or the X-sus board or one of the Terminal boards located on top or the right or left side…..

That's the problem, determining which one is actually bad….

Disconnect the terminal boards 1st, see if it stays on…
Then get a TV tech to isolate it between the Xsus or Ysus board…
