The answer depends on what connectors you have on each. If your TV has a TV in port (VGA), then you can use a male to male VGA cable. You can email me at jjki_11738 to discuss the various other possibilities.

Does your TV have a SVGA input? (See an image here, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SVGA). If it does all you need is to an SVGA cable to connect your laptop to your TV. (I am assuming you have a laptop, if not you can also connect your desktop to the TV but you can not have another monitor connected to the TV at the same time unless you put another SVGA card in your PC) .

if you have a graphics card with 2 outputs you can buy a dvix to hdmi converter and run the the tv with hdmi cable. or you can buy a switch which will switch the output to one screen or another.

Panasonics usually have VGA inputs or the later have DVI. These are the only ones you should look at for using the TV as a monitor. Using the TV to display a monitor picture any other way results in really poor quality images.

If it is a HD tv, you can go DVI from your pc to HDMI on your tv,
