is my flat panel display worth repairing?
If I provide all the installation labor can I get a replacement flat panel (17") at a low enough cost to bother repairing it?
There are a group of multi colored, vertical lines (like a barcode) on one side of the screen. Gateway FPD1810.

I bought my 46″ SAMSUNG plasma a little over a year ago from someone on Craigslist. A couple days ago, I turned it on, and thescreen filled up (slowly) with white dots until you couldn’t see anything on the screen. HELP!!! It’s football season!!! Anyone had this problem before? If so, what was it and what did you do?
