  • I have a 50 inch plasma TV how do I properly clean it?
I have fingerprints that simply will not come off when I use a damp cloth and wipe it dry. it looks as if the prints are embedded into the TV. If you go in to an electrical store you will find some no smear cleaning spray that is for use on plasmas and monitors. Use a soft cloth to wipe clean. powered by Yahoo Answers addthis_url = 'http%3A%2F%2Fplasmama.com%2F50-inch-plasma-tv%2Fi-have-a-50-inch-plasma-tv-how-do-i-properly-clean-it'; ...

  • Can most plasma/hdtv's work as a computer monitor for a computer, or do you need a special outlet?
My boyfriend wants a plasma tv that also can double as a computer monitor. Is this a rare feature? Or is it standard on most flat screens? Look for what is called a VGA input on the TV specs. If it has that feature then yes it will support being used as a computer monitor. Some people hook their monitors up with HDMI inputs even though the TV does not offer VGA inputs....

  • How do i hook up my desktop pc to my 50'' plasma tv?
I just bought a new 50'' plasma tv last week and was a little disappointed that it didn't have a pc slot on the back since i want to be wirless with keyboard and mouse as well as xbox. Someone told me to use the s-video out on the back of my Dell Dimension 8200 and connect straight to the S-video in on the back of the plasma. Is this true? What other functions...

We have went through two flat screen panel displays now. Each night we turn off our screen instead of the computer to put less stress on our computers. Our current flat panel display has been flashing on and off, sometimes so fast that it is blinks of light. We have checked all our connections and everything and still nothing has changed. It chooses when to flash and when...

  • Where can I buy a normal (NOT PLASMA/FLAT SCREEN) TV these days?
I've just bought a house. Up until now I've been living in rented accommodation, making do with a 14" portable TV. Now that I'm moving to a proper house, I want a decent sized TV, but apart from the fact that I can't afford to spend a fortune on it, I don't actually LIKE flat screen TVs, they just look like computer monitors to me. I want an "old...
