  • Samsung plasma TV problem?
    My Samsung TV is dotted/snowy when I turn it on. If I unplug it and then turn it on, the picture is clear… although a line remains across the top of snow/dots. Can I repair?     If you play a video game on a plasma tv you may get a burn or burning image. Would led tv be the same affect.
